Contact Lens Policy:

We at Pacific Eye Doctors are happy to help you if you are not satisfied with your contacts.  Give us a call at the office and speak with one of our contact lens assistants. We are unable to accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s). Exchanges may be made on unopened, unmarked boxes purchased within 7 months of your eye exam for product we stock.  In some cases a restocking fee may apply.  All made-to-order product are final sale.

We pride ourselves in offering top quality pharma products at incredibly low prices. Sorry, we cannot take back any pharma products for return or exchange.  All pharma products are final sale.
